UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Considering the fact that order dated 15.02.2016 filer challenge was invited by the parties jointly, as $AKSINGH$ Date: $202 + 05$ <br>16:37:27 IST noted in the impugned order coupled with the fact that the basis of that order is the decision of the same High Court in RFA No. 3619 of 2009 titled as "Municipal Corporation vs. State of Haryana and Ors." which has become final on account of dismissal of the special leave petition by this Court, even these petitions must follow the same suit.

Hence, these special leave petitions are dismissed. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
