UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Application for exemption from filing a certified copy of the impugned judgment is allowed.

The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner states that as directed by the Sessions Court,

After the amount is deposited, the Sessions Court will invest it in appropriate interest paid deposit.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 25th July, 2023.

The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) in this Court for meeting the cost of the original complainant.

We direct that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner, subject to the condition of depositing 20% amount within one week in the Sessions Court and a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) within two weeks in this Court.
