UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Permission to file special leave petition is granted.
Issue notice to the respondents.
In the meantime, there shall be stay of recovery from the salaries and benefits already paid to the petitioners. Further the pay-scale based on which salary is being paid as on today shall not be altered till further consideration is made in this petition.
