<pre>.................................... **VERSUS** THE STATE OF BIHAR & ORS. **.....................................** ## **ORDER** The FIR bearing Case No. 61 of 2020 was registered at Araria Mahila Thana against the petitioners for the offences punishable under the Contempt of Courts Act and under Sections 180, 188, 228, 353 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The case of the petitioners is that they were helping the rape victims and it is alleged that they misbehaved with government officials. This Court has granted interim protection to the petitioners vide order dated 04.08.2020, which reads as under: - > "Issue notice. Until further orders, we direct the release of the petitioners on bail on furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each, forthwith, to the satisfaction of the concerned Authorities." Since the petitioners have cooperated with the investigation althroughout and in view of the statement given by the parties, we dispose of the present petition. ature Mot Verified The petitioners are at liberty to move an application under ¹⁵³³SUCtion 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail before the High Court, if so advised.
