In view of the fact that the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had to go to Baroda unexpectedly due to some personal reason we had adjourned the matter for two weeks. We are no w informed that the interim order granted by the Gujarat High Court dated 19.7.2004 will be ex piring in the meantime. Therefore, we direct that the said interim order of 19th July, 2004 ma de by the Gujarat High Court in Civil Application 73 of 2004 shall continue until further orde rs of this Court.
