It is submitted that there is common respondent No.1/ state of Rajasthan and two other respondents in the matter abovementioned.

Ms.Ruchi Kohli,Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of State of Rajasthan/Respondent No.1 and Mr.Saurabh Ajay Gupta, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 2 in both the matters.(Copy of the counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 2 in both the matters is included in the SLP paper books)

Service is complete in both the matters.
