UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. Sanjay Parikh, learned counsel, on instruction, submits that the delay in shifting the transit premises was due to the scarcity of water and that issue is being sorted out. It is further submitted, on instruction, that the shifting will be completed in all respects within 10 days from today.

We direct the MHADA to address the issue of water scarcity and take appropriate remedial steps within three days from today. Signature Not Verified
