Looking to the nature of issues raised in this special leave petition, we are of the view that the special leave petition itself deserves to be heard and decided finally. List this special leave petition on 18.11.2020. Counter affidavit, if any, may be filed within 10 days. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter. All pleadings be completed before the date fixed. Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that they shall assist the Court and shall not seek any adjournment on the next date of hearing.
