UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Learned counsel appearing for the common petitioner has requested to grant one week's time to cure the defects and take steps to serve the unserved respondents.
To be on safer side, as a last chance, further two weeks' time is granted to cure the defects and take steps to serve the unserved respondents and to bring LRs of the deceased respondents, failing which all these special leave petitions qua unserved respondents shall stand dismissed for non prosecution / dismissed on having become abated qua deceased respondents automatically without further reference to the Court.
