The appellants are directed to file an affidavit as to whether on the date of transfer of Respondent No.1, in C.A. No.4611/2013, from Maharashtra to Odisha there was a vacancy in the cadre of UDC available. If the vacancy was not available as on that day, when did the first vacancy arise after his transfer? The affidavit as above, shall be filed within three weeks.
