petitions, we are of the view that the title Suits OS Nos. 898, 899, 900, 901 of 2001 pending before the first Additional Senior Civil Judge be taken up and decided within a period of six months from today.

All parties will maintain status quo as to possession and no third party interest will be created in the meanwhile.

List all the three contempt petitions after the judgment of the trial Court is delivered.
