We are not persuaded to interfere with the Impugned Order. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed accordingly.

However, if pursuant to the order of remand passed by the High Court, the executing court has not passed fresh orders, then it must pass appropriate orders in accordance with law at the earliest and in any case, within two weeks from today.
