The learned counsel for the appellant is present. None for the respondents. What gets revealed from the perusal of the Office Report is that although by Order dated 19.2.2014 of this Court the appellant was granted two weeks' time, as last chance for taking fresh steps for the service of notice to the respondent No.74 yet he has not done the needful so far. Therefore, the matter shall be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions.
