UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The Director General, Central Reserve Police Force (C.R.P.F.) shall file an affidavit indicating how the order of this Court dated 18th July, 2017 passed in

the present matter has been implemented and how the difficulties expressed by the petitioners in their several communications have been addressed by the C.R.P.F.

To enable the Director General C.R.P.F. to do so the Registry of this Court is directed to furnish copies of all the documents on record as well as the affidavits filed by the respective parties to the Director General, C.R.P.F. forthwith.

The Director General, C.R.P.F. will ensure that the said affidavit is on record on or before the Wednesday next i.e. 30th August, 2017 to enable the Court to consider the matter further on Thursday next i.e. 31st August, 2017. We also make it clear that in the event the explanation contained in the affidavit to be filed is unsatisfactory or inadequate the Director General, C.R.P.F. may be required to appear in-person on a date to be fixed later.

List the matter on Thursday next i.e. 31st August, 2017.
