into consideration Taking the order passed $in$ Miscellaneous First Appeal No. 30387 of 2009 (LAC) dated 26.05.2011 passed by the Karnataka High Court in respect of the land covered by the same notification, we are inclined to issue notice on the application for condonation of delay as well as on the special leave petition.
However, we clarify that the petitioners would not be entitled for the interest on the compensation sought for delayed period.
