UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld.counsel for the petitioner who was granted last opportunity on the last posting date, did not take steps, however, submitted that steps will be taken in the course of the day. Even now, the steps have not been taken. However, I am inclined to grant three more weeks time subject to the condition that he takes steps and deposits a sum of Rs. 500/- in the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee as cost within three weeks.
