It is submitted that there are 21 respondents in these matters. Respondent No. 2 is common in all the matters. Show cause notice was issued to all the 21 respondents on 26.07.2016 by Regd. A.D post. Mr. A.V. Rangam, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1, but counter affidavit has not been filed so far. Mr. Anuvrat Sharma, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18 and 21, but he has filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5, 6, 18 and 21 only. M/s. Mitter and Mitter Co, Advocates has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 15 but counter affidavit has not been filed so far. Mr. Naveen R. Nath, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 16 and Counter Affidavit has been filed. Mr. O. P. Gaggar, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 19 and 20 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. Card duly signed has been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 8 and 11, but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither A.D cards nor unserved cover has been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 and 7 so far.
Service is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 2 and 7.
