"The respondent Nos. 1 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 68, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. List the matter again on 03.11.2015."

It is submitted that Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate who has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 has not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 6 to 8 so far through A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 6 to 8.

The Office Report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court for orders.
