The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30th June, 2016, along with connected T.P. (C) No. 414 of 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Mr. Maninder Singh, learned ASG submits that counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1 has already been filed which he has instructions to adopt on behalf of respondents No. 2 to 5 also. Respondents No. 6 to 7 appear to be proforma respondents. Notice to the said respondents are, therefore, dispensed with. Learned counsel for the petitioner, if so advised, file their rejoinder affidavits within four weeks.

Post these petitions on 30.08.2016 along with Transfer Petitiion No...... (Number to be given by the learned counsel) I.A. No. 4 in SLP (C) No. 23450 of 2015

I.A. No. 4 is allowed. The applicant is permitted to intervene in the matter."

It is submitted that counsel for the respondent Nos. 15/Union of India has not filed counter affidavit so far. No one has filed Vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 68 though served with the notice.

It is further submitted that Ms. T. Anamika, Advocate for the petitioner has been designated as Additional District and Session Judge. Notice for alternative arrangement has been issued to the petitioner on 27th August, 2016 for his fresh representation before this Hon'ble Court. Mr. Hitendranath Rath, Advocate has on 30th August, 2016 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Petitioner.

S.L.P. (C) NO. 23450 OF 2015

It is submitted that counsel for respondent Nos. 14/Union of India has already filed Counter Affidavit on 2nd March, 2016 and copy of the counter affidavit has been included in the paper books. No rejoinder affidavit has been filed so far. No one has

filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the respondent Nos. 57, though served with notice.

It is lastly submitted that the matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29th November, 2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Post after xmas holidays."

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
