UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) Nos.8833-8841/2021

Last opportunity is granted to Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps within four weeks with regard to deceased Respondent no.1 in SLP (c) Nos.8833 and 8834/2021.

Respondent no.2 in SLP (C) Nos.8833-8841/2021 has been deleted vide Hon'ble Judge in Chamber's order dated 08.12.2023.

Service is complete on Respondent no.1 in SLP (c) Nos.8835- 8841/2021 and common respondent nos.4 and 5 in SLP (c) Nos.8833- 8841/2021, still none has entered appearance.

Four weeks time, as a last opportunity, is granted to common respondent no.3 in SLP (c) Nos.8833-8841/2021 to file counter affidavit.

Opportunity to file counter affidavit by common respondent no.6 in SLP (c) Nos.8833-8841/21 has already been declined.

List again on 09.05.2025.

Despite service being complete, none has entered appearance for respondent nos. 1, 4, 6 to 12 and 14.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos.2 and 3 to file counter affidavit.

Opportunity to file counter affidavit by respondent no.5 has already been declined.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has filed only fresh particulars for service on respondent no.13 but failed to file spare copies despite grant of last opportunity. However, it has been submitted by Ld. Counsel that the same would be filed during the course of the day. Let the same be done as above.

If spare copy is filed during the course of the day, let notice be issued immediately and list again on 09.05.2025.

Else, let the matter be listed before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
