• 1 Issue notice, returnable in three weeks.
• 2 Dasti, in addition, is permitted.

3 The petitioner shall also serve counsel who had appeared on behalf of the respondents in the course of the proceedings.

4 The personal presence of the respondents is dispensed with at the present stage in view of the ongoing pandemic.
