The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 5th March, 2014 when the following order was passed:-

"Respondent No.3 has been served but none has appeared nor any steps have been taken on his behalf. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have not been served. The learned counsel for the petitioner has requested for taking dasti service of notice on respondent Nos.1 and 2. Request allowed. They be served on the standing counsel. Affidavit with proof of dasti service be filed. List again on 6.5.2014."

Accordingly, show cause notice has been issued to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 by registered post as well as dasti. Neither A.D. nor unserved registered cover has been received back. Mr. K. K. Mani, Advocate has not filed affidavit of dasti service with proof.

It is submitted that Counsel has also not filed proof of service after serving show cause notice on the standing Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
