| Appellant wants to delete some of the respondents who | ||

| Appellant wants to serve some of them also for which<br>they have not filed process fee and spare copies since May, | ||

| Considering the interim order, now the appellant is | ||
| permitted to pay process fee and spare copies for unserved | ||
| respondent on condition that they also deposit a | Rs.2000/- as | |
cost in ' K ' Account on or before 16.12.2010 with process fee for the respondents whom they want to serve.
They may file proper application for deleting the unserved respondents.
Such application is to be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.
Issue notice upon remaining unserved respondents with additional dasti service.
Served respondents may file counter affidavit till then.
List again on 9.2.2011.
It has been pointed out that the connected Civil Appeal No.4837-38/2010 are there.
Registry has to verify those Civil Appeal and prepare proper office report, if those appeals are incomplete.
