Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the four respondents on 27.5.2012 through Registered A.D. Post. Mr. S.N. Bhat, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and has also filed Counter Affidavit and the same has been included in paper books. A.D. cards duly signed has been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 3 & 4.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

Thereafter, the matter was lastly listed before the Ld. Registrar's

on 14.12.2013 with an office report dated 13.2.2013 when he was pleased to pass the following Orders:

"Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 has already been filed on record.

Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are reported to be duly and properly served through post but none appeared nor any steps have been behalf.

No further steps required. The matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.''

In view of the aforesaid Order, the matters are listed before the

Hon'ble Court with this office report.
