It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed Additional Documents in SLP(C) Nos. 1732829/2014, 1595715958 and 1741717418 of 2014 and copy of order dated 02.04.2014 in SLP(C) Nos. 1741717418 of 2014. Copies of the same are being circulated herewith.

It is submitted that SLP No. 14219/2013 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 9.5.2013 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to dismissed the same. Copy of the Record of Proceeding dated 9.5.2013 is enclosed herewith and also Civil Appeal No. 5921/2006 arising out of SLP(C) No. 2233022331/2005 referred to Annexure P2 is pending before larger bench which is included in the paper books.(page nos. 108109).
