UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R
1. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1- Association submits that vide Order dated 09th July, 2021, the entire proceedings before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) in Consumer Complaint No.865/2020, have been stayed, though, the grievance of the appellant herein is limited to the orders passed on the impleadment application, i.e IA No.3677 of 2021 and the stay of the auction notice, i.e. IA No.3678 of 2021.
2. The aforesaid position is not denied by the learned counsel for the appellant.
3. Accordingly, the interim order passed on 09th July, 2021 is modified. The stay granted shall operate in respect of the captioned applications alone. Liberty is granted to the respondent No.1- Association to pursue its complaint pending before the NCDRC.
4. List after four weeks on a non-miscellaneous day.
