Counsel for the appellant has not filed fresh particulars of respondent No.6 despite last opportunity granted by learned Registrar vide order dated 24.01.2023.

However, a letter dated 19.12.2022 has been received by the Registry from the counsel for the appellant stating therein that respondent No.6 is common with respondent No.5 in C.A.No.5104 of 2021 and the address of both are same and there is no new particulars of the said respondent.
