It is submitted that the matter above mentioned has been filed under Section 53-T of the Competition Act, 2002 against the Judgment and Order dated 20th December, 2013 passed by the Competition Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi in Appeal No. 65 of 2012 arising out of the order datd 24th February, 2012 in Case No. 3 of 2011.

It is further submitted that there is delay of 15 days in refiling the appeal and the same was condoned by Additional Registrar (1-B) on 01.04.2014

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 3546 of 2014 arising out of common order was admitted by this Hon'ble Court on 11.03.2014. (Copy of Record of Proceeding dated 11.03.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that registry has raised the defect regarding making Union of India a party in this appeal. In this regard, advocate has filed a letter dated 26.03.2014 stating therein that he has made Union of India a party in the Civil Appeal as per provision under Rule 1 of Order XXA of the Supreme Court Rules, 1966.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
