UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, learned Additional Solicitor General representing the respondent-State of Uttar Pradesh and its functionaries submits that they have complied the interim order passed by this Court on 22.02.2022.
She further submits that any petitioner(s)-teacher(s) has any grievance as to their salary and appointment pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 22.02.2022, they can make representation(s) in this behalf to the authority concerned. On such representation being made, the authority concerned will consider the same in accordance with the interim order passed by this Court on 22.02.2022 within two weeks from the date of submission of the representation.
Dr. Rajeev Dhawan, learned senior counsel submits that the petitioner would like to file the response to the Compliance Report filed by the State of U.P. within a period of four weeks from today. Four weeks' time is granted accordingly.
List all the contempt petitions alongwith main matters after eight weeks on a non misc. day.
