In spite of service of notice, none appears for the respondent.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to allow the transfer petition.

Accordingly, case bearing Matrimonial Case No.509/2022, titled "Sagar Vs. Ankita", pending before the Family Court, Hubli, Dharwad, Karnataka is hereby transferred to the Family Court, North West District, Rohini, Delhi.

The parties shall be at liberty to apply before the transferee Court for appearance through video conferencing mode.

The records of the case be transferred to the transferee Court forthwith.

The Transfer Petition stands allowed, accordingly.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
