UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Delay condoned.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-Official Liquidator and learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents.
It is not in dispute that special leave petitions against the same impugned judgment filed at the instance of the encroachers/trespassers got dismissed and what is challenged here is only the order of remittal, in which the application(s) filed by the contesting parties stand revived.
In that view of the matter, we find no error committed by the High Court, warranting interference by this Court.
The special leave petitions are accordingly dismissed in the above terms.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
