Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Heard Mr. G.M. Kawoosa, learned counsel for the petitioners, $\mathbf{1}$ Mr. Muzaffar Iqbal Khan, learned counsel for respondent no.1, and Mr. Nizar Ahmed Bhat, learned counsel for respondent no.2 (landlord).

It appears that respondent no.1 has been re-elected and is 2. ature Not Verifie www.continuing as the Speaker of the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly. He is provided with official accommodation.

3. For the landlord, Mr. Nizar Ahmed Bhat, learned counsel, submits that the requisite rent dues have already been received by his client.

4. In view of the changed circumstances, since respondent no.1 has already vacated the premises in question and is now occupying Government accommodation in his capacity as Speaker, the security department need not consider any alternate accommodation for the respondent no.1.

5. In these circumstances, we see no reason to keep these matters pending, and the same are ordered to be closed.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
