Issue notice.

Subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.4,19,000/- (Rupees Four Lacs Nineteen Thousand only), the amount actually stated to have been defrauded by the petitioner with one Narendra Kumar Jain from the concerned department, before the Trial Court of Special Judge, Anti Corruption CBI cases, Ghaziabad, the petitioner shall remain protected against arrest in connection with FIR No.RC.1202013A0017 dated 4.7.2013 registered at CBI, ACB, Ghaziabad, to the satisfaction of the Trial Judge.
