Learned counsel for the parties agree that the matrimonial proceedings being Case No. URM-3 of 2013, titled as "Charanjeet Singh Mamik vs. Amandeep Kaur", presently pending in the Family Court, Dehradun, Uttrakhand be transferred to the Family Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. We order accordingly and allow the transfer petition. The transferrer court shall transmit the record and proceedings of the transferred matrimonial case to the transferee court without any delay.

3. The transferee court is requested to hear and decide the transferred matrimonial case as expeditiously as may be possible. The parties are
