It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matters have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 04.02.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Arb. P. Nos. 319 & 320 of 2015 alongwith application for placing on record certain additional facts and documents (regd. as I.A. No. 1) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that in SLP(C) No. 14962/2016 counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of notice dated 02.03.2015 as is referred in paragraph 17 of the impugned Order dated 04.02.2016 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. In this regard he has given a letter dated 16.05.2016 and the same is placed at page No. 107 of SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that these matters have been tagged together as both are arising out of common order.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
