The matters above mentioned were listed before Hon'ble Court on 19.04.2016 with office report dated 18.04.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No. 1, 2 and 4 are granted four weeks' finally to file their counter affidavits. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.

Post on 09.08.2016."

SLP No. 7116/2016

It is submitted that there are eight respondents in the matter above mentioned. Mr. Karunakar Mahalik, Advocate has on 21.07.2016 filed vakalatnama/appearance in place of Mr. Arvind Kumar, erstwhile advocate on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and has also filed counter affidavit. The Counter Affidavit has been included in SLP paper books by circulation. Mr. C.D. Singh, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3, 6 & 7 and counter affidavit has been included in SLP paper books. Mr. Arjun Garg, Advocate has filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 and same has already been included in the SLP paper books. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 8, though served by way of dasti service by counsel for the petitioner.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 29.08.2016 filed application for permission to file additional documents alongwith Annexures A to C and rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit of respondent nos. 1 and 2 and copy of the same has been included in SLP paper books.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP No. 8145/2016

It is submitted that there are nine respondents in the matter above mentioned. Mr. Karunakar Mahalik, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance in place of Mr. Arvind Kumar, erstwhile advocate on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2, Mr. Arjun Garg, Advocate on behalf of Respondent No. 4, Mr. C.D. Singh on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3, 58 have filed vakalatnama/appearance but no counter affidavit has been filed by any of the counsel so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 9, though served by way of dasti service. Service of show cause notice is complete.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 30.01.2017 filed application for seeking direction and same is being circulated with this office report.

SLP No. 13455/2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before Hon'ble Court on 13.05.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice. Tag with S.L.P. (C) No.7116 of 2016. At this stage, Mr. Kartik Seth, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and 2. Notice shall now be issued to remaining respondents only."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 37 through Registered AD Post on 21.06.2016. Mr. Karunakar Mahalik, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance in place of Mr. Arvind Kumar, erstwhile advocate on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2. Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, Advocate on behalf respondent no. 7 and Mr. Mishra Saurabh, Advocate on behalf of respondent nos. 35 have filed vakalat/appearance but no counter affidavit has been filed by any of the counsel so far.

Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers have been received in respect of Respondent No. 6.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 6.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Rohit Kr. Singh, Advocate has on 21.02.2017 filed Vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 & 2 in all the SLPs but counsel has taken 'NOC' from Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, Advocate in place of Mr. Karunakar Mahalik, Advocate for respondent nos. 1 & 2.
