UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Issue notice to the State of Haryana, returnable in two weeks.
Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
Liberty is granted to serve notice on the standing counsel for the State.
We are issuing notice to the State to evoke response of the State as to whether the Ceiling Regulation became applicable to the lands which are subject matter of the present proceedings and held by Maru to the extent of 173 kanals and 14 marlas in 1976 when the first suit was filed against him.
