The Office Report with regard to not filing of copy of SLP for issue of fresh show cause notice and Dasti notice to the sole respondent was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 17th February, 2016, when the following order was passed:-

"Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has failed to take fresh steps in respect of the sole respondent in spite of last chance granted. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter."

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed spare copy of SLP for issuance of fresh show cause notice and Dasti Notice to unserved sole respondent.

The default on the part of Counsel for the petitioner is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber with this Office Report.
