UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$
1. Learned State counsel, on instructions, fairly states that the petitioners have joined the investigation, which is now complete, and they are now no longer required for further interrogation.
2. That being so, the order dated 01.05.2024, whereby interim pre-arrest bail was granted to the petitioners, is hereby confirmed, subject to the condition that in the event of submission of chargesheet, they shall continue to appear before the Trial Court and shall fully cooperate with the further proceedings.
3. Similarly, in the event of arrest of the petitioners' coaccused, who is stated to be absconding, if the petitioners are required for further investigation, they shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required.
4. The Special Leave Petitions stand disposed of in the above terms.
5. As a result, the pending interlocutory applications also stand disposed of.
