Respondent No.1 is reported to be dead. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file an ature Not Verif final condition for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the 15:59:12<mark>SqT.</mark><br>ReasoSaid deceased respondent.

Ld. Counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

Respondent No.1 is reported to be dead. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the said deceased respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the respondent No.4 in SLP(C) No.20194/2015.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in SLP(C) No.20171/2015 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

List again on 18.1.2016.
