It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Ms. Shubhangi Tuli, Advocate for the petitioner has on 04.04.2016 filed affidavit with proof of service of Chamber Summons in respect of the LRs of deceased respondent No. 1. As per affidavit of service, Chamber Summons have been received by LR No. 1 on behalf of self and other LRs but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of Chamber Summons on LRs of deceased respondent No. 1 is complete.
