The office report is that the Ld.counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the respondent No.1. The said I.A. shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders and list thereafter."

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that Ms. Shubhanti Tuli, Advocate for the petitioner has filed application for bringing on record the LRs of deceased respondent No. 1, application for condonation of delay alongwith application for setting aside abatement. The said application is barred by time by 293 days. Chamber Summons were endorsed and issued to counsel for the petitioner for effecting service on LRs of deceased respondent No. 1 but counsel has not filed affidavit of service of Chamber Summons so far.

Service of Chamber Summons on LRs of deceased respondent No. 1 is not complete.

The applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Judgeinchambers for orders with this report.
