The SLPs above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08th July,

2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

" Delay condoned. Issue notice both on the Special Leave Petition as well as on the Prayer for Interim Relief returnable in four weeks. Dasti, as prayed for, is also permitted. Tag with SLP(C) No. 7953 of 2015."

Thereafter, the SLPs above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 02nd November, 2015, when the Court interalia passed the following Order (Copy of the Record of Proceedings included in the SLP Paper books.):

"........ Respondent No. 1 is reported to be dead. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the said deceased respondent............"

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has filed applications for substitution to bring on record the Legal Representatives of Deceased Respondent No. 1 (Common respondent in all the SLPs) which are barred by time by 293 days and counsel for the petitioner has filed applications for condonation of delay to bring on record the Legal Representatives of Deceased Respondent No. 1 and in the prayer portion of condonation of delay, counsel has prayed for setting aside abatement. The applications have been included in the paperbooks.

It is further submitted that Chamber Summons to serve the proposed Legal Representatives of Deceased Respondent No. 1 i.e. 1(i) to 1(iv) returnable on 29th February, 2016 have been given to the counsel for the petitioner. But the counsel has not filed the affidavit of service of Chamber Summons with respect the proposed legal representatives so far.

Service of chamber summons on the proposed legal representatives of deceased Respondent No. 1 is not complete.

The applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for orders.
