Learned senior counsel for the petitioner during the course of the submission, has referred to the document at annexure P-8 to indicate that the factory premises is situated in the land in question. This aspect of the matter would require consideration.

Hence issue notice to the respondents.

In the meantime, the status quo as on today, limited to the land in question, to be maintained.
