UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ms. Priyanjali Singh, Ld. AOR submits that no counter affidavit would be filed on behalf of respondent nos.1-13, 15-21, 24, 26-31, 34-40, 43-49, 52-55, 57, 68, 70, 71, 113, 115-117, 120, 122-124 and 136-142 to file counter affidavit.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos.130 to 134 to file counter affidavit.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps and to file fresh particulars, for service on respondent nos.79 and 144 to 148.

Service with regard to respondent no.14 is already deemed to be complete vide order dated 16.1.2025.

Service is complete on the remaining respondents, but none has entered appearance.

List again on 08.04.2025.
