These are appeals by Special Leave granted by this Hon'ble Court on 22.2.2010.

It is submitted that there are twenty five respondents in the appeals abovementioned. Respondent Nos.1 is represented through Mr. D.S. Mahra, Respondent No.26 through Ms. G. Indira and Respondent Nos.7 to 24 through Mr. Rauf Rahim, Advocates. Name of Respondent No.25 deleted from the array of parties vide Court's Order dated 31.7.2009.

It is further submitted that Ms. Abha Jain, Counsel for the Appellants and Mr. Rauf Rahim Counsel for Respondent Nos.7 to 24 have filed statement of case but Mr. D.S. Mahra and Ms. G. Indira Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to 6 have not filed statement of case so far. In view of Ld. Registrar's Order dated 27th May, 2014 matters have been made ready.

It is lastly submitted that Ms. Abha Jain, counsel for the appellant has on 20th August, 2015 filed applications for early hearing in the matters abovementioned and same have been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 34.

The application in the matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
