On the request of learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 6, four weeks' time is granted, by way of last opportunity, to the said respondents for filing statement of case. It is made clear that in case the statement of case is not filed within the aforesaid period by the said respondents, the appeal shall be heard on the basis of the statement of case filed by the appellants as also respondents Nos. 7 to 24.
