UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$

We have heard Shri S. Nagamuthu, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Shri Himanshu Munshi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank. Considering the earlier orders passed by this Court and the fact that even the respondent Bank agreed that on payment of rupees one crore which was deposited by the petitioner in this Court which in fact was paid to the Bank; that shall satisfy the claim of the Bank, the present applications are allowed. The interest accrued on rupees crore be paid to the petitioner, as prayed.
