It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service on unserved respondent Nos. 2-3, 5-7 and 10 so far.

Service on remaining respondents is complete and Counsel for respondent No.1 has filed counter affidavit.

CIVIL APPEAL NOS. 4455-4456 OF 2015

There are ten common respondents in the matters. It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken steps for service on respondent Nos. 2,3,5,7 and 10 so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on respondent Nos.2-3,5,7 and 10.(Common in Civil Appeal No. 4117 of 2015).

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 4896 OF 2015

There are 10 respondents in these matters.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken steps for service on respondent Nos. 1-3,6 and 9 so far.(Respondents are common in Civil Appeal No. 4117 of 2015).

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on respondent Nos. 1-3,6 and 9.
