UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr.Tushar Mehta, learned Additional Solicitor General, on instructions, would submit that as undertaken by them in the earlier round of litigation in Civil Appeal Nos.5925 and 5842 of 2014, the appellant in these appeals shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Crores only) before this Court within six weeks' time from today.

After such deposit is made, the Registry is directed to invest the same in an interest bearing Fixed Deposit in the UCO Bank, Supreme Court Compound for a period of one year.

Call the matter in the first week of July, 2015.
